Ben Fisher and Team Simpson get ready to depart from Council Bluffs to begin RAGBRAI 2009. Excitement has been building since we left Indianola yesterday, and as we break camp I know everyone is anxious to get started.
Thanks to Charlie Schilling '89 and Kim McMartin Schilling '90 for hosting Team Simpson last night at the Mid-America Center. The accommodations were superb and we enjoyed their warm hospitality. We have a great day, perfect weather, and it looks to offer absolutely perfect riding conditions. It's been great to see so many alums come back for the event with over 50 riders participating on Team Simpson. We look forward to connecting with old friends and making new ones.
